What’s the product made out of?

We have up to 300 colors. We have three main colors, white, beige, bronze. Those are all earth tone colors that work with pretty much every house out here.

You mentioned custom made, so walk us through the process of getting it started.
Jim Castellano:
Right, what they’ll do is they’ll call up for an estimate and we come right on out to your home and we bring a sample. We measure the home. We come in, we show you the sample, go over the sample with you. If you decide to move forward with our product, we send our installers on out to take exact measurements of your house, and then once those measurements are taken, the order goes right in to be built.
Micah Manalo:
Speaking of examples, you have one for us.
Jim Castellano:
I do. This is one of the smaller ones here. This is all stainless steel mesh. Our weaves are 12 by 12, so 24 per inch. It’s all aircraft-grade aluminum and all powder coat. That means this will look the same in 10 years on your home as it does now. The sun does nothing to it. It doesn’t bleach, fade, rust or anything.
Jim Castellano:
This here is the inside of the screen. God forbid, you have to get out of your house in a hurry for a fire or emergency, or when you’re ready to wash the window, you just hit the lever and they swing right on open. These locks here are all ADA-compliant. For seniors and for children, it’s less than five pounds of pressure to open, so there’s no worries about, God forbid, if you have to get out of the home.
Micah Manalo:
I was going to mention that, because in case of emergency, how easy would it be to open in case that emergency happens?
Jim Castellano:
It’s that easy. This is your outside look of the screen, which we color match right to your home, you won’t even know these are on your home. Especially homes with the pockets around the windows, this fits right inside the pocket. No one needs to come into the home at all to install these. No one can get into your home, much easier for you just to get out, God forbid, that quick.
Micah Manalo:
Can we see that strength?
Jim Castellano:
Well, this is one of the ways we do it. I usually step and jump on them, but you could do it with a hammer. We do that with crowbars, hammers, you’re not getting in. These are guaranteed for life and they’re a no break-in guarantee also. The great thing about that is when you go to sell your home, it goes to the new owners. The money that you do spend for these, you’ll get back when you sell the home. It’s an investment. This is a 24-hour insurance, it’s a 24-hour physical insurance.

Jim Castellano:
You just call us up for a free estimate. We’ll come to your house, we’ll bring the samples so you can feel it and touch it and really see what this stuff is made of. Then, as far as installation, when that truck shows up to your house, they’re already made the fit because we take exact measurements. They’re all custom made, so it’s a one-day installation. Very rare, on some of the bigger, bigger homes they’re a two-day, maybe a day and a half, but usually it’s a one-day installation because everything’s already made to fit your home. We’re there that day and gone. No one really even knows you have these on your home. When you pull away, your home’s going to look exactly like it did when we pulled up, just these are going to be on there.
